ANINE BING accepts returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been issued.
